Order Processing and Delivery
Once we process your order, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as soon as possible. If they are unable to reach your address or find a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Cancellation/Return Policy
In Case of Damage:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to customer care at info@aadeeproduction.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a solution within 72 hours. If AadeeCraft determines the product is broken, it may be returned, replaced, or another corrective measure will be taken to address the issue.
In Case of a Wrong Product:
